Last week, our 6th graders kicked off their River Connections theme with a biking adventure along the Spokane River Centennial Trail. During their ride, students engaged in water quality testing and examined the health of our nearby watershed through practical field science activities. This exciting outing marked an inspiring beginning to a year dedicated to exploring how rivers link ecosystems, people, and communities. Great work, 6th graders!
