If you attended our school, Saint George’s School Alumni (SGSA) is YOU! By virtue of your walk across the Graduation Bridge or departure from the school in good standing prior to 12th grade, you are a member. As alumni of Saint George’s, you experienced the unique opportunity to receive not only an outstanding education; you were also an integral part of an environment that provided both staff and students with a sense of community and belonging.
With 1,100+ members throughout the country and over 500 in the Inland Northwest alone, SGSA strives to connect our alumni across professional industries, geographic regions, and graduating classes.
SGSA encourages all of our members to continue to be active in the community long after they leave the school. This continued commitment of our alumni is part of what truly allows Saint George’s School to continue its reputation as the area’s best school, as well as a tradition of excellence.
A Saint George’s education can take you anywhere you want in the world. Researching ways to extend electric vehicle batteries, writing novels, commanding troops, editing a foreign policy magazine, learning to treat sports-related injuries, and teaching about aquatic ecology are just a few of the options that these recent SGS grads have pursued in their education and careers. The opportunities are endless with the preparation that you get at Saint George’s School.
After graduation, my career at the firm quickly advanced from a variety of associate and eventual management positions, before obtaining my current role as their Director - Head of Institutional Client Management. In my current role, I am responsible for the generation and maintenance of a portfolio of institutional clients seeking damages from several counterparties for around EUR 2 billion. I provide financial and legal consultation to fund advisors, banks (central/global), pension funds, trusts/custodians and global large cap corporations who have incurred investment losses in securities issued by Italian banks, intermediaries and listed companies sanctioned by the Italian national and EU financial markets authorities.

Currently, I’m on the Gulfstream V aircraft caring for the newly-returned crew members of SpaceX Crew-4! I work as a NASA Flight Surgeon and Physician Scientist and split my time between medical operations and research. In my research role, I am part of a team modeling medical risk for lunar and deep space missions. When I’m not at Johnson Space Center, I am working in the Emergency Department as a physician with Baylor College of Medicine

These days I'm working on a few new research projects, including a book on Dwight Eisenhower and the Federal Highway Act of 1956. If accepted, that book should be available late 2023 - early 2024. I'm also always trying to refine my skills as a college teacher and mentor, now that we're back in the classroom.

I work for a large format printing company that specializes in adhesive vinyl and fabric printing. I get to work with a lot of cool companies and artists to help them solve problems and create promotional campaigns and art installations!

I graduated from Cornell with a degree in materials science and engineering. The pandemic was a significant disruption for my last semester, with lab and campus access suspended. I’m going to ETH Zurich (a public research university) for my master’s degree in energy science and technology to pursue my interest in battery-related materials, especially for electric vehicles.

I graduated from West Point in 2018, majoring in Military History with Thesis (Honors) and Spanish. As a First Lieutenant in the Field Artillery, I’m stationed in Germany with the frontline troops. When I become a Captain in a few years, I will switch to the Military Intelligence branch. I have experienced how rewarding, demanding, and occasionally difficult it is to manage the lives of individuals ranging from 17 to 35 years old from all walks of life.

Prior to this, I worked as a graduate researcher on Iran, an Americorps VISTA for a domestic violence shelter in Anchorage, AK, an (unwilling) SAT tutor, and a copy-editor for Egypt’s media website Ahram Online. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in World Affairs at Hamilton College in 2012, and my Master’s in security and diplomacy at Texas A&M in 2015.

I finished my Bachelor of Science at UCLA with a major in Biology and a minor in Evolutionary Medicine. After finishing my MD degree at California North State University College of Medicine in Sacramento, I hope to eventually run a private practice with an emphasis on sports-related injuries. I am also interested in developing more effective ways of providing universal health care to those who fall through the cracks of our current healthcare system.

I’ve always enjoyed writing stories, and I’ve known all my life that I wanted to be an author. I signed a two-book contract with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and my first book, a literary novel titled Black River, was published in 2015 under the name S.M. I’m a professor in the Biology department at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR. My specialty is aquatic ecology, primarily related to water quality and how biota like invertebrates respond to environmental stressors. I was thrilled to get this position, as it is a very competitive job market. I also am lucky to have an ideal balance between teaching and research.
