The 8th grade class spent 5 days studying Marine Biology on their annual Coast Trip, April 28th through May 2nd. They had an amazing week, being lucky with the weather, just dealing with only a little rain on Monday.Â
Students worked together in groups to identify 100 organisms from tide pools, created and performed group skits, and took turns cooking, serving, and cleaning up after meals. They also developed their skills of empathy, grit, and resilience through having to problem solve and work together.
