The Great Dragon Hunt Returns!

The dragons are back—and they’re ready to hide!

Last Monday, Ceramics students painted 28 small clay dragons for the second annual Dragon Hunt. Throughout October, these colorful creations will be hidden around the Middle and Upper School for students to discover.

Each dragon has a number on its bottom. Students who find a dragon can bring it—unbroken—to the Upper School art room to receive a small prize. If a dragon remains hidden by October 30, the student who originally hid it will receive the prize instead.

MS/US dragon hunters, keep these rules in mind:

  • Dragons may not be hidden inside cabinets or drawers.
  • A small portion of each dragon must remain visible.
  • Dragons may also be hidden outdoors.
  • Students may not search for dragons during class time.

The dragons were hidden at the end of the day on Thursday, October 1, and students received an email with the game details and rules.

This year’s hunt is open to all Middle and Upper School students. Happy dragon hunting!
