Summer Camps Build Chinese, Soccer, and Reading/Writing Skills

Saint George’s summer camps continue in July and August with offerings for students in all grades. These include:

Chinese Language and Culture Camp: Learn Chinese language and culture as we read Chinese picture books, draw, sing, dance, and play games. Older students will learn to write Chinese characters and the art of Chinese paper cutting. Of course, there will be Chinese treats too!
7/10 – 7/14, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for incoming Kindergarten – 5th grade
7/17 – 7/21, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for incoming 6th – 10th grade

Dragon Soccer Training Camp: Our Dragon soccer training camp will focus on fundamental skill development as well as competitive team play. This camp is open to all levels of experience and ability. Come out to the Saint George’s pitch and enjoy learning to play the beautiful game!
7/17 – 7/20, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for incoming Kindergarten – 6th grade
7/17 – 7/20, 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. for incoming 7th – 12th grade

Ready, Set, Go!: Writing and reading strategies through favorite children’s literature will be the focus of the class. As we start building our literacy stamina for the new school year, we will also introduce and practice basic Spanish vocabulary. Recommended for students new to the K-2 SGS program.
7/31 – 8/4, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. for incoming Kindergarten – 2nd grade
