Eleven Outdoor Club students spent six days backpacking and fly-fishing in August on the Beartooth Plateau in Montana and Wyoming. The students covered 35 miles, most of it off-trail, on the plateau that sits at 10,000 feet elevation, braving thunderstorms, hordes of mosquitoes, and overly curious mountain goats.
