The Kindergarten class has been learning about butterflies while dozens of caterpillars have been turning into butterflies in their classroom this spring. They performed a reading of The Very Hungry Caterpillar — see them reading/eating that book! They also decorated their own butterfly wings in Art class; see a Photo Gallery of this wearable art. Then they made butterfly puppets on sticks for readers theater; see a Photo Gallery of their puppets. And finally on May 24 they released their butterflies out on Graduation Lawn.
