Jerry White Steps Down as Spokane Riverkeeper

Jerry White Jr., who has served as the Spokane Riverkeeper for the past decade, was profiled in an article in the Spokesman-Review on Sunday, Aug. 6. Jerry, who taught English and Social Studies in the Saint George’s Middle School for a number of years up through 2008, is stepping down from his role of advocating for the health of the Spokane River and the species (and people) who rely on it.
