Last week, the fourth grade class ventured into the forest trails above campus for an outdoor geocaching adventure. Using GPS coordinates, students searched for hidden containers, known as “geocaches,” placed along the trails.
The metal containers had been hidden earlier by the 10th grade Outdoor Pursuits class, creating a challenging activity for the younger students. Working together and following their coordinates, they successfully located each geocache.
By the end of class, they found the final box and proudly hoisted it above their heads in triumph!
