Food Drive Raises over 1.6 Tons for 2nd Harvest

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the “Scare Away Hunger” food drive that ended Nov. 1st. We raised 3228 lbs. of food for 2nd Harvest Food Bank and our neighbors in need!

Kudos to the 5th graders, who brought 33.52 lbs. per student, followed closely by the 1st graders who raised 32.43 lbs. each. The 5th graders win the coveted belt and a field trip to 2nd Harvest. The 1st graders will get waffles as a treat, as will the 4th graders for the best decorated bin in the Lower School. The 7th graders also earned waffles for the most given in the Middle School, the 9th graders will get a treat for the most in the Upper School, and the bus drivers earned waffles by donating more per person than any of the 6th-12th grade classes!
