Last Thursday, SGS faculty and staff gathered at the Davenport House to honor Lower School Head Rick Petrini, who will be departing SGS at the end of this school year after 21 amazing years. Attendees celebrated with a beautiful cake, hand-painted decorations (thank you, Jennifer Davenport), and a commemorative book filled with photos and heartfelt notes from across the SGS community. It was a wonderful event for a wonderful man.
We wish Rick all the best on his new adventure—he will be missed, but forever a Dragon!
